Garden Learning

Discover the Cummer Gardens through every season. Garden Learning at the Cummer Museum invites you to explore the Museum’s historically significant gardens through lectures, hands-on workshops, guided experiences, and self-guided activities inspired by nature, ecology, and horticulture. Whether you’re cultivating your first houseplant, refining your gardening skills, discovering the beauty of seasonal change, or simply looking for a deeper connection to the natural world, there’s a place to begin.

Throughout the year, Garden Learning explores topics such as ecological garden design, pruning, pollinator habitats, propagation, composting, container gardening, floral photography, and sustainable landscape practices through workshops, lectures, demonstrations, guided walks, and seasonal experiences.
