Uncover secrets hidden throughout the Museum. Campers will explore how artists use mystery and symbolism to tell stories. After solving the mysteries, campers will use different materials to create their own art filled with hidden meanings.
Unleash your inner mythmaker. Explore ancient tales and legends through art, inspired by the Museum's collection. Using various art materials, campers will design their own fantastical creatures, make masks, and create versions of famous legends.
Be an eco-hero by creating art that celebrates and protects our natural world. Inspired by nature and the beauty of the Cummer Gardens, campers will dive into exciting projects that use recycled, organic, and natural materials.
Animals reign supreme at the Museum! Campers will seek and find examples of animals in artworks and nature and make their own animal-inspired works of art to take home. Exploring animal shapes, forms, colors, and textures, campers will practice observing and creating these elements in a variety of artistic mediums.
Please review the camp handbook before registering. Do you have a question that is not answered in the handbook or on the website? Email us at education@cummermuseum.org, and we’ll get back to you with additional information.
Thanks to the generosity of supporters, the Cummer Museum is pleased to offer two scholarships each week of Summer Camp 2025. Scholarships will be awarded to campers based on their interest in art, how much they would benefit from the program and the financial needs of the family. Scholarships cover 100% of the registration cost.
