  1. January 23 | Dried Flower Arrangement with Found Object

    With artist Julie Feldman. Explore colors, shapes, and textures as you create a unique dried flower arrangement in, on, or around your found object. Bring your own found object and we will supply the material to turn it into a personal statement. A jar, small garden pot, teacup, a simple frame, a hat, a shoe, or even a whisk, are some objects you might transform. Registration Required. Found object not supplied.

    With artist Lalaine Garcia. We all have a story to tell, as witness to or participant in events both private and shared. These moments are captured by the artists of the exhibition American Perspectives: Highlights from the American Folk Art Museum. Capture your moment in a print of your own design. Sketch and then carve into a block an image of your American experience. Ink your carved block and reproduce your image singularly or in a pattern to share with the world. Registration Required.
