Discover something new at the Museum each month through art, gardens, and hands-on creativity. Designed for children in grades K through 5 and their caregivers, Creative Kids invites participants to explore the galleries or gardens, engage with works of art and the natural world, and create a studio project inspired by the day’s theme. Each session offers a fresh opportunity to look closely, imagine, and make together.
Patterns are everywhere, from flower petals to decorative designs. Children will explore how artists use repetition to create rhythm and beauty while designing their own patterned artworks inspired by the Museum’s art and gardens.
