  2. 5 to 7 P.M. | Make & Take Tuesday: Capiz Moving Art - inspired by Filipino tradition

     

    Members $25, Future members$35 | Ages 12+

    Capiz, the delicate translucent shells of an aquatic mollusk has served as a glass replacement and a unique and distinctive material in Filipino artmaking since the 1500s. Using these traditional materials, create a mobile that will catch both air and light inside or out. Inspired by Maia Cruz Palileo.
