Cummer Amelia is extremely excited to partner with Cummer Beaches for a virtual cooking class on Thursday, November 19, 6 p.m. with Chef's Garden, the Cummer Café's catering company. Following along with Jen & Jamey from Chef's Garden, we will prepare Coq au Vin, a classic French stew in which chicken is braised slowly in red wine and a little brandy to yield a delicious dish. Our entrée will be accompanied by a haircot vert salad. Dessert is not included, but can be ordered separately.
