Camp Cummer is the only summer camp in Jacksonville where students can interact with objects from across art history, explore botanical environments, and create original artwork under the guidance of museum professionals trained in the fields of art history, fine arts, education, and science. Give your children the opportunity to engage with amazing works from ancient wonders to old masters to contemporary expressions. Let them explore their own creativity while being inspired by the natural world, amazing works of art, and a deeper understanding of history and culture. Museum Educators will build the skills and provide the tools for students to look at, connect with, and create art in more personal ways. Children will paint, draw, print, sculpt, and more during one or two weeks of camp. In addition to the regular camp day, both AM and PM care are available. AM Extended Care is offered from 7:30 to 9 a.m. for $25 per week, and PM Extended Care is offered from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. for $35 per week.
