Hayes, Ph.D. portrays this ground breaking artist who faced multiple obstacles including poverty, racism and sexual discrimination. Dr. Hayes is also the guest curator of the Cummer Museum exhibition by the same name. This adult focused event will be held at and hosted by the Jacksonville Public Library in their Special Collections Department at the Main Library.
